I had such a great time with Gwyneth, Bob and all their guests at their lovely and intimate backyard wedding just outside Peterborough, Ontario.
The afternoon started off with a beautiful ceremony with lots of personal touches - Bob told the story of how he and Gwyneth met and fell in love, and they included a handfasting in their vows.
Just after their first kiss, everyone was served champagne and the guests toasted the newlyweds before they walked down the aisle together as husband and wife.
The adults mingled and slowly made their way towards the reception tent while the kids thoroughly enjoyed the backyard and made the most of the last moments of daylight.
After an absolutely amazing dinner served by Black Honey Catering, everyone settled in for some heartfelt toasts and speeches.....
.....the bride and groom's first dance.....
......and a father daughter dance.
Gwyneth surprised everyone (including Bob!) by singing a special song for him. I loved watching his reaction - just look at how he looks at her!
And then the dance floor opened. And these people were ready to party.
Bob capped off the evening with fireworks display for everyone to enjoy.
Gwyneth and Bob - thanks for allowing me to be a small part of your wonderful day. Wishing you both years of happiness and laughter together!
