Welcome to Lindsay and James' wedding preview, Part Two! (If you missed part one, simply click here.) When we last left you, our newlyweds were busy making super cute images like this.....
Meanwhile, back at the house, our second shooter Lisa was busy documenting all the fabulous work the wedding elves had done in the reception tent.
Lindsay's mother sewed each and every individual napkin you see on the tables to help complete the rustic theme. Aren't they lovely?
As the lawn games wound down, people made their way up to the tent.
After some welcome toasts....
....the bride's brothers took over as MC's. They had organized a trivia game with a twist. Each table had to wait until their representative won a round of questions
before they were allowed to go and eat.
It didn't take long for things to get competitive.
There were some heated challenges with regards to the correct answer.....
.....some attempts to sway the judges.....
.....and some intense final calls where the judges had to choose the
most correct answer from a number of options.
After everyone had eaten, we got on with cutting the cake,
...........some first dances......
......and getting the party started for real. :)
Some of the guests brought the giant jenga up from the ceremony site for further games.
And finally, one of my favourite ring shots to date. James proposed to Lindsay with a ring pop, so we had to incorporate them. We also used their tardis card box as a backdrop and added some time vortex lighting for good measure.
Lindsay and James - thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your wonderful day! Wishing you both a lifetime of love and happiness together. :)
